Admin Assistant

New Vacancy – Admin Assistant
Start date: Immediate
Location: Liverpool office
Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time (Monday- Thursday 9am-5:30pm Friday 9am-5pm)
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

Key duties:

General office administration support to Solicitors
Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and scanning post to files for Solicitors
Opening new client matter files on the firms database
Manage the Wills and Deeds database and off site archiving (manual handling training will be provided)
Stationary inventory to be monitored, ensuring all stock is up to date and ordering from suppliers as and when necessary
Ensuring that all files are opened and closed in accordance with the firm’s set procedures
Skills:

Excellent IT skills
Organisation skills and attention to detail
Positive and proactive attitude
Full training will be given.
