Claire joined Bermans in 2006 as a trainee solicitor and following her solicitor qualification in 2008 joined the Property team.

Claire has a degree in business studies and also completed a LPC before commencing her training contract with Bermans.

Claire offers specialist advice in all areas of commercial property and has a depth of experience in landlord and tenant work, commercial and residential development and secured lending.  Claire also advises on the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.

Claire aims to provide clients with a pragmatic and commercial approach to problems to enable transactions to be completed with the minimum amount of fuss and within the appropriate deadlines.
