New Vacancy – Admin Assistant

Start date: Immediate
Location: Liverpool office
Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time (Monday- Thursday 9am-5:30pm Friday 9am-5pm)
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

Key duties:

  • General office administration support to Solicitors
  • Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and scanning post to files for Solicitors
  • Opening new client matter files on the firms database
  • Manage the Wills and Deeds database and off site archiving (manual handling training will be provided)
  • Stationary inventory to be monitored, ensuring all stock is up to date and ordering from suppliers as and when necessary
  • Ensuring that all files are opened and closed in accordance with the firm’s set procedures

Skills:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Positive and proactive attitude

Full training will be given.
