Tom Simpson

Tom joined Bermans as a Partner in the Property and Construction team in March 2023 and is based in our Manchester office.

He obtained a degree in law at Leeds Beckett University and qualified as a solicitor in 2013.

Tom specialises in residential, commercial, landlord and tenant work, new build development and secured lending.  Tom also advises on the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.

Tom applies a pro-active and commercial approach to ensure his clients objectives and aims are met in a timely fashion.
