The Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) is a recognised quality standard for firms offering residential conveyancing services. The scheme is the most widely recognised form of conveyancing accreditation and acts as a quality assurance mark.

Firms must undergo a strict and rigorous assessment in order to become accredited, which involves demonstrating expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing, as well as displaying high standards of competence, risk management and client service.

All relevant employees undertake CQS training, to ensure CQS levels of service are delivered. And to ensure continual high standards, firms must renew their accreditation every 12 months.

The CQS accreditation means firms have proven their excellence in the industry, and clients can be assured they are in safe hands and will receive a high-quality conveyancing service.
