The Legal 500 UK: Bermans has an established insolvency and financial rescue practice, advising on a broad range of corporate insolvency matters. The team, co-led by James Whittaker and Martin March, acts on both contentious and non-contentious issues, including the enforcement of security restructurings, refinancings, administrations, insolvency litigation, and LPA receiverships. Chris Brain contributes across the practice, assisting on both contentious and non-contentious matters, with experience in pre-packaged sales of businesses and assets and in administrations for individuals, companies, and insolvency practitioners.
