Bermans Property and Construction team advises on all aspects of commercial property, construction and planning law.

Fergal O’Cleirigh

Fergal heads up the Property and Construction team in the Liverpool and Manchester offices. He specialises in commercial property transactions and his clients include property developers, investors, fund managers, banks and bridging loan companies.

Claire Morris

Claire Morris is an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. Claire joined Bermans in 2006 as a trainee solicitor and following her qualification in March 2008 joined the Commercial Property team.

Tom Simpson

Tom joined Bermans as a Partner in the Property and Construction team in March 2023 and is based in our Manchester office.

Melanie Morris

Melanie is a Partner in our Property team and deals with a wide range of property matters, including all types of property finance, commercial property acquisitions and sales, residential and commercial developments and acquisitions and redevelopment of buy-to-let properties.

Rebecca Fan

Rebecca joined Bermans in September 2016 as a Consultant in the Property team and advises a variety of clients from SMEs, private individuals and international investors.

Daniel Stephenson

Daniel joined Bermans in November 2023 and is a Solicitor in our Property team based in Liverpool. Daniel works with different types of clients such as business owners, private individuals and banks. His work is primarily focussed on commercial property and property finance.
