Stephen Green

Stephen is a partner and heads up the Commercial Team, having joined Bermans in June 2021. He advises on all types of commercial contracts and arrangements. This extends to agency or distribution, confidentiality, consultancy, cooperation, event management, outsourced services, sponsorship, software or website development, equipment or venue-hire, intellectual property rights and licensing, trade mark licences and standard terms and conditions of trade, service and supply.

Michael Smeaton

Michael joined Bermans as a trainee solicitor in 2008 and became a Partner in 2021. Following his degree in law and qualification in September 2010, he joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team based in the firm’s Liverpool office.
