Adam joined Bermans in January 2025 and is an Associate in our Creditor Services team based in Manchester.
Adam is a recoveries specialist who qualified as a Solicitor in 2020. His focus has been recoveries and enforcement since completing his LPC in 2018.
He balances his legal knowledge and litigation experience with a commercial approach to secure the best outcome for clients.
Outside of work Adam enjoys caravanning and returning to Anglesey where he grew up.

Maggie Pass
Litigation Assistant
Maggie joined Bermans in 2005 as an Office Junior and is now a Litigation Assistant in our Creditor Services team.
Maggie started her career at Bermans as an Office Junior before becoming a Legal Secretary, a role in which she which she stayed in for many years. Maggie predominantly deals with prelegal correspondence and process driven claims and enforcement.

Kieran studied Law at Liverpool John Moores for both his undergrad degree and his LPC/Masters.
