Cosmin Armene

Solicitor

Cosmin Armene joined Bermans in May 2025 and is a Solicitor in our Property team.

He deals with a range of commercial real estate matters including landlord and tenant, property acquisitions and disposals and financing. He regularly provides support on the property side of corporate transactions and asset based lending for the corporate and asset based lending teams and their clients.

He obtained a law degree at Lancaster University before completing his LLM / LPC at UCLAN. He then went onto qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2022.

Outside of work, Cosmin enjoys hiking, walking and going to the gym.
