Laura Bridson

Trainee Solicitor

Laura joined Bermans in September 2025 and is a Trainee Solicitor in our Insolvency and Litigation teams.

Her experience includes assisting the solicitors with a wide range of tasks, such as:

• Applications for administration extensions
• Drafting winding-up petitions and bankruptcy petitions
• Drafting statutory demands
• Sale and Purchase Agreements and Asset Purchase Agreements
• Preparing pre-action correspondence and documentation
• Drafting proceedings for various contentious matters

Outside of work, Laura enjoys travelling, as well as F1, tennis and is a Liverpool F.C. enthusiast.
