We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our Finance and Revenue Managers with a variety of day-to-day finance tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, professional team where your contribution will be valued and your development supported.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in supporting the finance function, including:
- Assisting with credit control and client debt collection via phone, email, and letter
- Resolving client account queries and maintaining accurate records
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Processing payments, posting disbursements, and handling invoice queries
- Supporting month-end billing and purchase ledger tasks
- Managing weekly supplier payment runs and employee expenses
- General finance admin and support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance environment
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
