The successful candidate will support colleagues across the department, assisting with a range of administrative and legal work. We are looking for someone who is organised, efficient and able to communicate clearly, as well as being a strong team player.

The role will involve working closely with colleagues to support their caseloads, with responsibilities including organising and reviewing documents, preparing court and disclosure bundles, drafting legal documents and witness statements, undertaking legal research, communicating with clients and third parties, assisting with billing and file administration, and monitoring key deadlines.

The successful candidate is likely to be a law graduate, or a graduate in another subject who has completed a conversion course such as the GDL or PGDL. Further legal study and/or previous experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Important attributes for the role include strong organisational skills and attention to detail, together with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. We are also looking for someone who is self-motivated, receptive to feedback and committed to developing a career in law.

The successful candidate will receive support from senior colleagues and the PAL within their team, with opportunities for training and development.

The role is full-time, with working hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Friday. Salary will be dependent on experience.
