Todd Gibson

Solicitor

Todd Gibson joined Bermans in May 2025 and is a Solicitor in our Asset Based Lending (ABL) team.

He mainly works with financiers, and his areas of expertise include asset finance, invoice finance and corporate finance (Todd was previously a corporate solicitor).

Todd studied Law at Sheffield Hallam University before completing his LPC/MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law (Manchester). He then went on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2023.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys watching and playing sport and is a Manchester City fan.
